Shipping

Within 25km of our Alexandria hub; 84 Burrows Road, we will deliver bikes for a flat fee of $35. Beyond 25km delivery fee is subject to assessment by The Pedal Club.

Returns

Once you've joined The Pedal Club you have a 14 day cooling off period as per our terms and conditions. If you decide The Pedal Club is not for you or the bike isn't right during this time simply drop us a note or give us a call and we will cancel your membership free of charge or we'll arrange a time to pick up the bike you bought and issue a refund. Please note that the bike must be unused and in tact.

You will not be able to cancel until you have reached your minimum term with us. The minimum terms differ depending on the bundle you selected during sign up. 

Please note that the bike pick up for returns is free of charge.

Faulty Goods

If you receive faulty goods or goods that don't match the description please let us know via email within 14 days and we will come and physically inspect the bike before making an assessment. 

Please do not attempt to make any repairs or physical alterations to the goods yourself.
